Coversloot.in ships products across India.

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is shipped, it will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Coversloot (RTO – Return to Origin).

Refunds will not be initiated for RTO orders. Customers may request re-shipping of the order by providing the correct address and paying applicable re-shipping charges.

Coversloot is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Coversloot offers replacement only for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@coversloot.in with proper proof to request a replacement.

To be eligible for any replacement or refund request, customers must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Replacement or refund requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Item received is physically damaged
• Item received has missing parts or accessories
• Item received is different from the product ordered
• Item received is defective or unusable

Coversloot does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:

• Customer ordered the wrong model or product
• Customer dislikes the product after delivery
• Minor color variation due to screen brightness or display settings
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Customers are responsible for securely packing and returning products to the return address provided by Coversloot.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, Coversloot will process the replacement or approved refund within a reasonable time.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual product colors may slightly vary depending on the customer’s screen resolution, brightness, lighting, and device settings.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Coversloot reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions, or product unavailability.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
